Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads process improvement initiatives using Lean tools (5S, Six Sigma) within a distribution center.
• Delivers KPI-driven results and creates standard work to reduce process variation.
• Supports WPS program deployment and cross-functional project ideation.

Responsibilities

• Lead loss-elimination projects and manage top losses in the area.
• Coach area managers and associates; build capability and engagement.
• Develop gap analyses to support WPS integration and continuous learning.
