Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the day‑to‑day statewide effort within the agency, major division or service.
• Direct staff including professional and support positions to achieve program goals and maintain delegation of authority.
• Oversee rule making, commission support, legislative changes and enforcement of regulations affecting program structures and operations.
