Job summary

Rise Technical seeks a Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead a small quality team and own the plant quality function in Sunnyside, CT. You will drive quality standards, oversee inspection, metrology, and robust systems during a major growth phase.

The role requires hands-on leadership of 6–7 staff, PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA expertise, and strong ISO/IATF knowledge. Work Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven quality leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong metrology and inspection background in precision manufacturing.
• Expertise with quality tools and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a quality team (6–7) and drive site-wide quality standards.
• Oversee inspection, metrology, CMM activity, and gauging processes.
• Support new equipment introductions and upskill staff on processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and customer requirements.
