Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a hands-on Quality leader for a precision aerospace machining environment in Maryland. You will own and drive the Quality department, ensuring robust AS9100 processes, blueprints interpretation, and tight-tolerance inspection activities on the shop floor.

You will guide a team of ~9 quality professionals, maintain audits, and enable continuous improvement across CMM, inspection, and calibration.

Qualifications

• Proven Quality leadership experience within Aerospace precision machining.
• Strong AS9100 QMS ownership and audit experience.
• Technically confident reading blueprints, GD&T and tight-tolerance parts.
• Hands-on CMM experience; programming experience beneficial.
