ABB is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead customer engagements on ABB Critical Power projects and act as the design authority for engineering deliverables. This role blends technical leadership with commercial interaction to resolve quality issues and ensure on-time delivery.

Based remotely with 40% travel, you will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to address customer needs, review designs, and guide project execution across multiple concurrent efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor's (or Master's) in Electrical Engineering with relevant power systems experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams; ability to leverage AI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as ABB's primary customer contact for quality and technical issues, leading communications and timelines.
• Act as technical and design authority for engineering deliverables on projects.
• Review and approve designs; perform verification and peer reviews for compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges; communicate needs to product management.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, testing, service, and supply chain.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with work plans, RFQs, meetings, and variations.
