Job summary
IEWC is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer in Wisconsin to lead the local Quality team and drive supplier conformance and customer satisfaction. You will oversee ISO 9001/AS9100 audits, internal audits, and supplier quality audits at IEWC facilities.
You will guide process improvements, ensure proper corrective actions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and improve safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead local Quality team and ensure procedures are current and followed.
- Represent Quality in customer and vendor meetings on and off site.
- Lead ISO 9001/AS9100 audits and internal audits.
- Drive process improvement projects to reduce costs and improve safety.
