Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes and resolve customer and production quality issues.
• Support operations through process improvements, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Maintain and support ISO 9001 Quality Management System compliance.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement sustainable solutions plant-wide.
• Manage customer return investigations and ensure timely resolution.
• Define quality requirements for new products and suppliers with Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate PFMEA for new products and process changes.
• Support new product development and ramp-up with quality readiness.
• Lead or support APQP/PPAP and related quality processes for suppliers and customers.
• Analyze quality metrics (scrap, warranty, defects, complaints) and drive improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement and a culture of quality excellence.
