Job summary

Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Master in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure product quality from development through production. The role focuses on PPAP submissions, control plans, PFMEAs, and process flow diagrams to meet customer requirements.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Production, Suppliers, and Customers, support ISO and IATF quality systems, and lead root-cause investigations to drive continuous improvement and prevent quality issues before they reach customers.

Qualifications

• Detailed technical documentation experience.
• Ability to create and maintain PPAP documentation.
• Experience with Control Plans, PFMEAs and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production and suppliers.
• Familiarity with ISO and IATF quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining PPAP documentation.
• Creating and updating Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Supporting new product launches.
• Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitoring quality trends and recommending improvements.
• Working closely with Engineering, Production, Suppliers, and Customers.
• Supporting ISO and IATF quality systems.
