3+ years with Agile methodologies and tools like RTC/RQM/Jira/HP ALM/Rally.

Responsibilities

Define and execute modern QA strategies aligned to Agile delivery.
Drive API and UI automation, CI/CD enablement.
Validate AI-powered agents using structured evaluation metrics and LLM-based testing approaches.
Ensure end-to-end validation of CRM workflows with core systems.
