Job summary
CVS Health in Hartford, CT is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead QA and test automation for our enterprise Contact Center CRM platform. You will define modern QA strategies aligned with Agile delivery, driving automation-first practices across API and UI testing, CI/CD, and AI QA approaches.
The role focuses on validating CRM workflows integrated with Aetna core systems, ensuring membership and benefit accuracy and reliability, mentoring teams, and collaborating with onshore and offshore
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years leading QA engineering and mentoring scrum teams.
- 3+ years of QA automation with Selenium, Rest Assured, Java and Apache POI using GitHub.
- 3+ years Agile experience and tools such as RTC/RQM, Jira, HP ALM, Rally.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering and test automation for enterprise Contact Center CRM platform.
- Define and execute modern QA strategies aligned to Agile delivery and automation-first practices.
- Validate API and UI automation, CI/CD enablement, and AI QA approaches.
- Ensure end-to-end CRM validation with Aetna core systems, focusing on membership and benefits accuracy.
