Job summary

NW Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead project-specific quality programs on federal and heavy civil construction projects. You will develop, implement, and manage the CQC program, ensuring compliance with contract specs, plans, and standards, while coordinating testing and documentation with owner representatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum five years of quality control management on similar size projects.
• Experience with heavy civil, infrastructure, dam, or utility construction.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs, and submittals; strong documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to western US project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific CQC plans.
• Ensure construction activities meet contract documents and standards.
• Coordinate testing and inspections with labs and owner reps.
• Prepare daily quality reports and maintain logs and records.
• Lead corrective actions and drive continuous quality improvement.
