Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will drive budgeted sales and profits, oversee staffing, and coach teams on service quality and policy compliance.

In this role you will train managers, analyze data to improve performance, and ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests and employees. Strong leadership and communications are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Food Safety Certified
• 2+ years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Basic math skills
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours
• High energy to keep up with our fast paced environment
• Commitment to integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L
• Continuously analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits and increase service and efficiency
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates for the right position
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed to guarantee consistent operations and Guest satisfaction
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies and procedures and Guest service
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy and procedure violations
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on their performance
• Ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests
