Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales and profits, and ensure exceptional guest and team service. You will manage staffing, training, and adherence to policies while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Food Safety certification.
• Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
• Basic math skills; MS Office and general systems experience.
• Strong verbal and written communications; flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with fast-paced environment; values-driven.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits and guest experience.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations and guest service.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
