S+B James Construction seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to implement and manage the QA/QC program. You will work with the project team to resolve quality issues to the client's satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7 years on healthcare commercial projects, OSHPD/ICC/CQM certifications, and proficiency in Procore and MS Office. Location focuses on Greater Sacramento/Central Valley with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5–7 years on healthcare commercial projects.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing the SSQMP with project management support.
• Establish and document site quality control procedures.
• Lead pre-installation meetings with subcontractors and team.
• Coordinate with subs to ensure materials meet contract docs.
• Perform daily site inspections and document findings.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with SSQMP.
• Coordinate material ID inspections and QC of inspections.
• Review plans and constructability to reduce defects.
• Ensure alignment of specs and submittals with the project.
• Own all QA/QC documentation to meet code requirements.
