Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• Experience in medical office, hospital, or university settings.
• Experience managing complex MEP/HVAC and phased construction projects.
• Familiar with scheduling/estimating platforms such as eBuilder and Primavera.
• Ability to manage contractors, union labor, and consultants.
• Technical understanding of physical plant systems, BAS, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution.
• Preferred ICC CQI/CQMC/OSHA 30 certifications.

Responsabilités

• Manage, direct, and inspect the work of third-party contractors, unionized labor, and external engineering/architecture consultants.
• Maintain technical oversight of physical plant systems, BAS, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution.
• Oversee phased construction within medical office, ambulatory, and hospital facilities to minimize disruption to operational environments.
• Utilize project management, scheduling, and estimating systems such as eBuilder and Primavera.
• Ensure compliance with Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) standards and ICRA/ILSM guidelines during construction activities.
