Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned QA/QC leader to supervise the QA/QC team on EPC projects, directing quality assurance and control activities under minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in Quality Management for EPC projects, ISO 9000/Lead Auditor credentials, and a strong track record in training, audits, and supplier surveillance. Responsibilities include mentoring staff and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Certification/Training for ISO 9000/Lead Auditor, Special Practices (NDE; Welding), Vendor Surveillance Management and Construction Activities Inspection Methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to the QA/QC team.
• Coordinate lessons learned, process improvements and Quality training.
• Plan and organize team work; communicate plans to leadership.
• Mentor personnel and conduct performance assessments.
• Maintain control of QA/QC efforts to meet performance, budget, schedule and quality goals.
• Promote use of Lessons Learned across projects.
