Job summary

Raas Infotek is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 11+ years of experience to lead test automation efforts across enterprise-level applications. You will design robust automation frameworks, develop test suites, and collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will mentor junior QA engineers, drive quality initiatives, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Strong expertise in automation framework development and test strategy.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
• Create functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Develop automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Build automation frameworks with Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria to craft test scenarios.
• Identify and track defects with JIRA.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Perform API testing using REST APIs, Postman, REST Assured.
• Execute database validation and backend testing with SQL.
• Conduct performance and reliability testing when needed.
• Review automation code for quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, BA, product owners, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and lead automation discussions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous QA improvement.
