Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for the PCAF Test Enablement Innovation Team. You will deliver software solutions to improve testing, processes, and services in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on end-to-end execution including GenAI and cloud engineering.

You’ll lead small development teams, collaborate across departments, and influence test strategy, workflows, and delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Python, PySpark, Angular and Go.
• Apply GenAI, agents, and LLM integration to build intelligent testing solutions.
• Collaborate with Modernization teams to accelerate SDLC delivery.
• Build and optimize AI and Cloud workflows including pipelines and orchestration.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies to improve capabilities.

Responsibilities
