Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company seeks a Senior AI Cloud Platform Engineer to own, develop, and operate GenAI cloud platforms. You will build self-service tooling for AI apps, apply GenAI engineering skills, and collaborate in paired programming to automate build and operations tasks.

You will manage infrastructure as code, design scalable pipelines, and drive continuous delivery across cloud components in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GenAI, AI open-source ecosystem, and cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, implement and operate GenAI cloud platforms.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for platform components.
• Manage infrastructure as a service layer for hosted and cloud-based platforms.
• Lead post-mortem activities to improve platform operations and policies.
• Troubleshoot availability and performance across hardware to application layers.
• Integrate components and develop new services with a focus on open source.
• Automate platform infrastructure and environments with IaC.
