State Farm is seeking a Mid-Level/Lead Data Engineer to help build AI-powered, scalable data solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with Microsoft and product teams to design data pipelines and enable Power Platform and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional data engineering experience designing production data pipelines.
• 3+ years of SQL knowledge for querying, transformation, and modeling.
• 2+ years of Python for data engineering and automation.
• 2+ years with cloud data technologies (Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, etc.).
• Experience with DataOps, version control, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
• Experience handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products.
• Develop reusable data solutions for AI, Power Platform, analytics, and automation.
• Prepare, integrate, and deliver trusted data for intelligent applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business partners to deliver data solutions.
• Transform and validate data from APIs, databases, SaaS, and enterprise systems.
• Apply DataOps practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
