EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer with strong Python expertise to join a forward‑looking engineering team. You will own QA initiatives, drive AI‑assisted testing strategies, and ensure high quality across the testing lifecycle.

You will design and maintain automated tests for UI and backend APIs, work with LLMs to decompose tasks, create artifacts, and continuously improve automation efficiency. Collaboration with developers and stakeholders is essential.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Python and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Pytest, Pydantic, and Requests.
• UI automation using Page Object Model, CSS selectors, and XPath.
• REST API testing and Allure reporting.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted QA workflows and LLM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for user-facing and back-office apps using Python and Pytest.
• Develop and maintain UI and REST API automation across application layers.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to test analysis, scenario design, automation, and documentation.
• Decompose QA tasks into clear steps for AI-assisted workflows.
• Create, manage, and reuse artifacts as part of AI-driven development and testing.
• Analyze requirements to translate them into clear, testable scenarios.
• Review and improve QA frameworks, processes, and automation practices.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to drive QA improvements and ownership.
