Job summary

HDR seeks a Pump Stations and Pipelines Project Manager in the United States to lead conveyance and pump station projects. You will direct engineering design, determine specifications, plan work, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with owners and clients.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, a civil or mechanical engineering background, 7+ years in project management, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
7 years related experience including project management.
Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by licensing board.
MS Office and MS Project experience required.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and monitor conveyance and pipeline projects.
Lead engineering design, project coordination, specifications, and equipment sizing.
Establish client relations and lead marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
Coordinate staffing/workload and ensure documents are completed on schedule and within budget.
Participate in business development, client interaction, and proposals.
Mentor junior staff and participate in recruitment and hiring.
Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct staff training.
