Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Conveyance Project Manager in Omaha to plan, direct, and monitor conveyance and pipeline projects, asset management, and pump stations. You will lead engineering design, set specifications, size equipment, and coordinate with owners and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and extensive experience; you will mentor staff, participate in business development, and uphold HDR's employee-owned culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7 years related experience including at least 2 years in project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• MS Office and MS Project experience required
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is required

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor conveyance and pipeline projects, asset management, or pump station projects.
• Lead engineering/process design, project coordination, write specifications, plan work, and size equipment.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct design sessions at project sites and coordinate staffing through project development to on-schedule, within-budget completion.
• Contribute to multiple projects concurrently and support business development.
