Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Conveyance Project Manager to lead planning, directing and monitoring conveyance and pipeline projects for water systems.

You will coordinate engineering design, client relations, and project staffing to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Ideal candidates have a PE license, a civil/mechanical engineering degree, 7+ years' PM experience, and strong leadership in large-scale pump stations and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE license or licence recognized by the local board.
• 7 years related experience including project management in conveyance/pipeline projects.
• Professional licensure (PE/P.Eng) required.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.
• Demonstrated leadership and active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor conveyance and pipeline projects, asset management, or pump station projects.
• Lead engineering/process design, project coordination, and prepare specifications.
• Establish client relations and lead marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct design sessions and coordinate staffing to complete documents on schedule and within budget.
• Involve with multiple projects concurrently and participate in business development.
