Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Conveyance Project Manager in the United States (Nebraska). You will lead pump station and pipeline projects, directing engineering design, QA/QC, and client coordination to meet schedule and budget while mentoring staff.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, a BS in Engineering, 7+ years in related roles (including PM), and strong business development skills within an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years related experience including 2 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license recognized by the licensing board.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of conveyance and pipeline projects.
• Lead engineering/process design, project coordination, equipment sizing and selection.
• Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Coordinate staffing/workload to complete documents on schedule and within budget.
• Participate in business development, including client interaction and proposals.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and training aligned with strategic plans.
• Mentor junior project staff and participate in staffing/hiring.
