Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Supervisor Provisioning to lead provisioning agents, ensure aircraft have snacks and supplies, and maintain inventory while upholding safety and compliance.

You’ll work closely with station Leaders to keep flights on time and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves coordinating across departments, building shift bids, payroll, and attendance, and driving performance with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating workloads.
• Strong focus on customer service and safety.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure provisioning and servicing of aircraft prior to departure with proper records.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain on-time performance and safety.
• Oversee day-to-day airport operations and staffing to meet goals.
• Manage shift bids, payroll, and attendance, ensuring overtime is used appropriately.
• Forecast operational scenarios and monitor performance against key metrics.
• Collaborate with Staffing to align bids with hourly goals.
• Distribute supplies to non-Provisioning Stations and ensure GSE readiness.
• Maintain equipment and compliance with labor contracts and station policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
