Southwest Airlines is seeking a Supervisor Provisioning to lead the team that keeps our flights stocked and on time across Florida stations. You’ll coach Provisioning Agents, manage inventory, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with station Leaders to meet on-time performance and customer satisfaction.

This role requires U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization, and involves assigned shifts based on seniority, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Fully understands provisioning and aircraft stocking processes.
• Experience coordinating with station leaders.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements.

Responsabilités

• Determine aircraft provisioning prior to departure and maintain records.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain on-time performance.
• Oversee day-to-day airport operations to ensure safety and service.
• Build shift bids and manage daily payroll and attendance.
• Ensure distribution of supplies to non-Provisioning Stations.
• Maintain equipment and administer labor contracts.
