Job summary

Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Supervisor Provisioning to lead Provisioning Agents, ensuring aircraft are stocked with snacks, drinks, and supplies, and that inventory is managed safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with station leaders to keep flights on time and maintain compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining performance metrics, and leading a team in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
• Knowledge of business and management principles for planning and resource allocation
• Knowledge of customer service principles and meeting quality standards
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of solutions
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift focus
• Ability to apply general rules to problems and ensure safety and compliance
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures for operations

Responsibilities

• Determine that aircraft provisioning is completed prior to departure and records are maintained.
• Coordinate with Departments to maintain on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, compliant service environment.
• Forecast operational situations, monitor results against key metrics, and hold responsible parties accountable.
• Build shift bids with Staff Planning to meet department hourly goals.
• Perform administrative duties including shift bids, payroll, and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate distribution of supplies to non-Provisioning Stations and ensure equipment is maintained.
