Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Supervisor Provisioning to lead Provisioning Agents, ensure aircraft are stocked with snacks, drinks, and supplies, and maintain inventory while upholding safety and compliance.

You will work with station leaders to keep flights on time and deliver excellent Customer Experience. The role includes managing shift bids and daily payroll tasks, coordinating with departments to achieve on-time performance, and supporting leadership with staffing and training

Qualifications

• Experience in Airline Operations and Provisioning.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Determine that aircrafts are properly serviced and provisioned prior to departure and that all forms and records are properly completed and maintained.
• Coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, Employee morale, and Customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant service-oriented environment.
• Coordinate actively with all Departments to maintain the Station's on-time performance and report status updates to leaders and employees.
