You will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and spearheading tenant improvements with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business/real estate/finance, a real estate license within six months, 3+ years in commercial property management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Real estate license required within six months of hire.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations.
• 3+ years of budgeting, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for optimal performance.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct site visits to portfolio properties and coordinate maintenance.
