You will work closely with property managers and clients to provide accurate analyses and drive process improvements.

The role covers monthly close, CAM reconciliations, tenant billing, budgeting, and coordinating year-end audits, with emphasis on accuracy, controls, and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in commercial real estate or property management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting.
• Proficiency with property management software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP.
• Oversee CAM reconciliations and tenant billing for revenue recognition.
• Analyze budget variances and provide explanations to property managers.
• Coordinate annual operating budget and forecasting with management teams.
• Assist with year-end audits and liaison with external auditors.
