Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Sacramento is seeking a Property Manager to lead a team and deliver outstanding client service for an Industrial portfolio. You will manage budgets, financial reports, CAM reconciliations, and tenant improvements.

You will conduct site visits, coordinate maintenance, and supervise vendors while ensuring regulatory compliance and high property standards. Strong communication and proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and Excel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Real estate license required within six months of hire date.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations.
• 3+ years of budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations.

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for optimal performance.
• Build strong tenant relationships and address needs promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular site visits to portfolio properties.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management to maintain high standards.
• Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses for property owners.
• Manage lease administration including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements.
