Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a diversified residential portfolio, including Section 8 and LIHTC properties. You will supervise onsite staff, manage budgets and financial performance with the finance team, handle inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance to protect residents and communities.

Qualifications

2-4 years of residential property management experience.
Real Estate License preferred.
RAM, COS, LIHTC, or CMM certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
Experience with Yardi Property Management Software preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, including Section 8 and LIHTC properties.
Coordinate property inspections, compliance activities, and resolution of building violations.
Manage property budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance in partnership with finance.
Supervise maintenance and onsite staff, including scheduling, performance management, and operational support.
Respond to resident concerns, oversee collections efforts, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
Monitor vacancies, unit turnover, work orders, and leasing-related activities.
