Qualifications

• LIHTC / Affordable Housing experience REQUIRED
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading onsite teams and managing daily operations
• Prior Property Manager experience in multifamily housing
• Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance and recertifications
• Proven success maintaining occupancy and collections goals
• Experience with OneSite or similar property management software preferred

• Overseeing rent collections, delinquency management, and lease administration
