Job summary

SDK Tenby Chase is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee a multifamily community of 300+ units in Delran, NJ. You will lead an on-site team to meet financial and service targets, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and support a positive living experience for residents.

The role requires 10+ years in residential property management, with 5+ years leading teams over 200+ units in New Jersey, plus a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree in a related field or combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in residential property management and leasing.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams overseeing 200+ units within the New Jersey market.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant laws, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team to achieve financial performance targets and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Oversee budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting; manage vendor relations.
• Ensure properties meet safety, aesthetics, and regulatory standards.
