SDK Apartments SM is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a 295-unit community in Wilmington, DE. You will lead the property team to meet financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with multifamily housing regulations and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

The role is onsite with no remote work. You will manage budgets, rent levels, and vendor relationships, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a dynamic urban community.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of property management and leasing experience.
• Minimum 3+ years directing a portfolio of 250+ units in Delaware.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant laws and Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations to meet safety, aesthetics, and occupancy goals.
• Manage budgeting, rent forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop property team; ensure excellent resident service.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with standards.
