The role requires six years in property management with leadership experience, and familiarity with LIHTC/Section 8 programs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six years in property management.
• Three+ years in supervisory/management role with budgeting and staff oversight.
• Experience with Public Housing, LIHTC, Section 8 is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of property operations across Cranbury, NJ communities.
• Manage revenue collection and expense controls; ensure lease compliance.
• Develop and administer operating and capital budgets.
• Lead staff hiring, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Coordinate resident relations and maintenance requests.
• Ensure safe, compliant property operations and regulatory adherence.
