Job summary

Community Property Management is hiring a Property Manager for Hessel on the Park in Champaign, IL. You will be the main point of contact for residents and prospects, running tours, leasing units, and keeping the property running smoothly.

You will handle leasing processes, respond to inquiries, log maintenance, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and represent the property professionally at all times. A 2+ year background in customer service or sales and an associate degree are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales.
• Associate's degree required.
• Comfortable with everyday office software (AppFolio a plus).
• Able to work extra hours during peak leasing season.
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, comfortable walking the property and showing units.
