Job summary

EPT Integrity Asset Management LLC seeks a Lead Service Technician to maintain the community’s physical integrity at all times, ensuring clean, well‑maintained living environments for residents, visitors and staff. This includes routine maintenance, responding to service requests, and preventing hazards.

You will supervise maintenance tasks, coordinate with management, keep records, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of property maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property to prevent hazards and ensure safety.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly (within 24 hours where possible).
• Coordinate with Investment Manager and Maintenance Coordinator to prioritize work.
