Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Three years of property maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of living environments.
• Perform routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fixtures.
• Inspect and repair safety hazards and ensure secure access.
• Coordinate with Investment Manager on work orders and reports.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE usage.
