Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• 3-5 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by State law and able to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to represent management and interact with residents and team members.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database programs; property management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs per policy.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop and maintain standards for grounds, common areas, and unit interiors to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality and cost control.
• Maintain inventory and assist Community Manager with budget for repairs and capital projects.
