Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our brand new Pullman lease-up in Irving, TX. Under the Community Manager, you will oversee all maintenance and repair services, ensure curb appeal and safety, and respond to service requests across the apartment community.

You will supervise preventative maintenance, schedule turns, manage inventory, coordinate contracts, and mentor the maintenance team, aligning with safety policies and budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred or required.
• Sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain records and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Coordinate apartment turns and contractor services.
• Manage inventory and log maintenance supplies.
