Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Community Assistant for our brand-new lease-up, The Pullman, in Irving, TX. Under the Community Manager, you will provide excellent customer service, coordinate property operations, and step in during the Manager’s absence to maintain a high standard of living for residents.

Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, maintaining resident files, and supporting revenue goals through leasing, renewals, and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist accreditation or LIHTC designations preferred.
• Experience: 1 year property management or 4-year degree; knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing, LIHTC.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash flow by increasing revenue and reducing delinquencies.
• Maintain accurate Yardi data and timely leasing activities.
• Assist Community Manager in achieving revenue goals and occupancy targets.
• Manage renewals, drafts new leases, and monitor expirations.
• Conduct market studies and monitor local competition.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other relevant regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident needs promptly.
• Support in recruiting and developing team members.
