Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Community Assistant for our BRAND NEW lease-up, The Pullman, in Texas. Under the Community Manager, you will ensure excellent customer service, manage daily property operations, and support leasing, marketing, and administrative tasks to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year in property management or related field, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• One year of property management experience or a related degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash flow by optimizing occupancy and rent collection.
• Assist Community Manager with leasing, renewals, and market knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage daily property operations.
• Support team development and occasional property coverage.
