Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Community Manager for their new lease-up, The Pullman, in Irving, Texas. Under the Regional Property Manager's guidance, the Community Manager will oversee daily operations, financial performance, and ensure excellent customer service within the apartment community.

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing cash flow, preparing budgets, and leading your team to foster a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience, 1 year in supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial performance of the property.
• Maximize cash flow and ensure timely rent collection.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to support apartment leasing.
