Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Pullman, a BRAND NEW lease-up community. Under the Community Manager, you will oversee all physical aspects of the apartment’s community, coordinating and performing maintenance and repair services, and ensuring curb appeal and safety.

Essential qualifications include 5+ years of maintenance experience in apartment communities, a High School diploma or equivalent, CFC Universal Certification, strong computer skills (MS Office), and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification.
• 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience in apartment communities.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance and repair of the community, ensuring curb appeal and safety.
• Schedule and coordinate apartment turns and maintenance tasks; manage service requests.
• Track expenses, monitor inventory, and coordinate contracted services.
• Supervise team members; conduct monthly safety meetings; support budget planning.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to after-hours requests.
