This role requires hands-on leadership, HVAC certification, strong problem-solving and customer service, plus a valid driver's license. On-call rotation keeps properties running 24/7, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA or HVAC certification.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor a maintenance team.
• Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Clear communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Participate in on-call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7.
