Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year in construction/maintenance or related fields preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred (verbal and written).
• Proven communication, problem-solving, time management and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance work for a portfolio from start to finish, handling complex orders.
• Assist in Capital Improvement Projects and vendor management.
• Coordinate with supervisory and scheduling staff to meet service metrics.
• Review and document maintenance requests; assign work orders to internal or external resources.
• Approve vendor bids and manage change orders; advise on pricing and utilization.
• Diagnose problems and determine cost-effective solutions.
• Calculate costs using company guidelines.
• Dispatch clear instructions to vendors for issue resolution.
