Job summary

Lighthouse-Property-Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations for a 162-unit apartment community in Nashville, TN. You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate with vendors, and support the Property Manager with budgets and performance goals to ensure resident satisfaction.

HVAC Certified and CPO Certified are required, with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. Eligible for bonuses and benefits are provided.

• Apartment Maintenance experience plus management of maintenance techs.
• HVAC Certified and CPO Certified are required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for a 162-unit property.
• Supervise maintenance techs and outside contractors; manage budgets and performance goals.
• Oversee unit turns and ensure vacant units are rent-ready on schedule.
• Maintain property safety and compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Document deficiencies, review invoices, and assist with budget planning.
