Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at Haven in Nashville, TN. You will guide on-site teams, handle service requests, assist with unit turns, and ensure properties run smoothly while being recognized and paid for your skills.

You’ll manage a maintenance crew, coordinate with vendors, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to keep the community safe and well-maintained. Benefits include top pay for top talent.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Great communication and customer service attitude.
• A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
